    Ein kleiner Dialogausschnitt mit einem Dockarbeiter der nahe legt das auch am Hafen etwas in Richtung Unterwelt schon von der Lore teilweiße angedacht ist:

    "Your college didn't teach Goods and Services? Hm. They bring everything we can't or don't bother to create here in Rata Sum—natural resources and foreign goods."

    And, is it true you let pirates dock here too?


    "Yes. It's practical, so long as they behave themselves. It's not our business what they do elsewhere. They bring gold and goods. It's a win-win arrangement."
